New Zealand Vegetable Oil

nZeaola Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is a subtle, deep gold, mild "nutty" flavoured oil suitable for uses such as salad oil, marinating, pan frying, roasting, baking & deep frying. Points of difference from other oils are its freshness, versatility due to its high smoke point of 230 C, its health properties & being all NZ grown and produced.

A so-called "healthy oil" it is low in saturated fat (6.8%) with no trans fats. The oil is pressed weekly to retain freshness (the seed stores well if held correctly) and only pressed once making it an extra virgin oil. This retains all the naturally occurring nutrients. The oil is a good source of plant based Omega 3, with 6 & 9 and high level of vitamin E acting as the natural antioxidant. It is pure oil with no additives used.

nZeaola is grown & produced by New Zealand Vegetable Oil Limited based in Rolleston. The company operate under a NZFSA Approved Food Safety Programme which includes a full allergen programme.
