Julie's illustrious culinary career includes running two successful cafés and a catering business in Auckland, writing for various food publications over the past 15 years, giving cooking demos around the country, and producing cookbooks. With over 14 titles under her belt, Julie's cookbooks are a staple in every Kiwi home.
Baking has always been one of Julie's greatest passions and now her fame as a baker extraordinaire has spread internationally. She has just returned from 3 months working as a consulting chef to The Lodhi Hotel, New Delhi, where she's been involved with bringing recipe innovations to the hotel's bakery, plus opening The Lodhi Bakery Shop.
