For five generations our family have been custodians of Cleavedale Jersey farm. We love the land we live on and the animals that share it with us. We take pride in producing a top quality milk where, in a world so many want to rush, minimise or mislead, we believe in honesty, patience, generosity and doing all that is needed to let nature do her magic.
We use traditional farming processes to produce premium natural organic milk where processing is kept to a minimum. It is pasteurised to kill pathogens but not homogenised so by original design the cream rises to the top. There is no skimming off of high value components, everything the cow gives us is in this milk.
Our milk is 100% traceable as it is sourced solely from our pedigree A2 Jersey herd.
Jersey milk is recognised as being more nutritious, containing higher levels of protein, butterfat, vitamins and flavonoids and we wanted to make it available to more New Zealanders.
