This feta is the REAL DEAL. Our authentic Greek feta is PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) meaning all of the sheep and goats that produce the milk used in making the feta are from a particular area in Greece. Specifically, these animals roam the pastures of Ziria. In Europe, the PDO logo is a symbol of authentic quality marking regional origin and traditional production. Legally, if the milk that is used to make the feta does not come from this particular region in Greece, the cheese cannot be labeled as feta. This specific blend has a minimum of 70% sheep's milk and a maximum of 30% goat's milk. It is aged in wooden barrels and stored in brine to maintain its delicious flavour and consistency. You must come and taste this feta yourself to truly appreciate its mouth-watering authenticity.
Similar consistency to our Ziria feta with a slightly stronger taste. This cheese is made from 100% goat's milk and comes in 200g vacuum pack or 400g tub in brine. A popular choice for those who like a stronger-tasting cheese.
A more mild-tasting cheese for those who prefer cheese only made with cow's milk. Comes in a 200g vacuum pack.
This is a traditional Greek hard yellow cheese made from a blend of sheep and goat's milk. It has a slightly salty taste and it is a hard cheese, ideal for frying (saganaki), cheese pies or grated over pasta. It can also be served as table cheese. It comes in 200g vacuum packs and 1kg wheels.
