In everything we do, we focus on purity. We believe that nature has gifted New Zealand as one of the last remaining pure places on the planet. Our goal is to honour the gift bestowed upon us by using the finest ingredients to create high quality, premium, craft products for you to enjoy. Our story begins with our aquifer which feeds Pupu Springs, the clearest spring water in the world with under water visibility of 63 metres. The purity of our water sets the standard for every ingredient, every decision we make. Does it meet the 63m standard?

Sourced from the aquifer that feeds the clearest spring in the world, our gin is double distilled and vapor infused with 8 carefully selected botanicals. The Manuka leaves are picked fresh from our distiller's farm. Our methods hope to deliver a classic, timeless gin with a contemporary New Zealand twist. Nature's finest. Pure and simple.
Aged for 3 months, two types of casks were hand-selected: used 14-year Murderer’s Bay Gold Rum barrels and new French Oak barrels. The resulting gin is exceptional. Sacred Spring Barrel Aged Gin is blended and bottled at 48%. The huge oak flavour shines through with hints of sweetness drawn from the rum casks and the juniper, manuka, and spice that is the hallmark of Sacred Spring. It is a beautiful champagne colour.
Winner of the London Rum Master competition (2016). Aged 14 years in single oak casks, this rum is like no other. Our rum is fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled in New Zealand. It is immensely smooth with hints of vanilla bean, cream, and slight notes of sweetness. Murderer's Bay should be enjoyed neat or with an ice cube.
