Beer Belly Jellies are like nothing else on the New Zealand market, made locally using beer, port or whisky. Wellington craft brewer Parrot Dog brews our beer choice for four Beer Belly Jellies, giving them a distinct and ‘beery’ taste. We've added Portly and Scotch to our wider range, both popular additions with our increasing following.
Our jellies are delectable and versatile, as a glaze, a partner for any cheese, and a tasty treat with beef, pork, wild meats, smoked fish or chicken. They add deeper flavour to a casserole, dressing or gravy. And extra zing to a dessert like panna cotta and lemon posset.
There's six jellies in our range:
Blonde - a pilsner beer
Hot Belly - a pale ale with chilli
Pale Ale - an Indian pale ale
Malt - a stout
Scotch - blended Scotch whisky
Portly - a ruby port
