Hyde NO.2 President's Cask - Single Malt - 10 Year Old - Rum Cask Finish
For the First 10 years Hyde single malt is aged in flame charred, first fill, 200L Oak Bourbon casks, from the USA. For an additional 8 months we transfer HYDE into 200L charred Dark Caribbean Rum casks. The flamed bourbon cask initially adds a sweeter vanilla and caramel flavour, followed by the charred dark Rum cask which add a sweet spicy rum character to the final expression. Premium dark Caribbean Rum casks are hard to find and are far more expensive to import all the way from Barbados to Ireland, but in our view they are worth it for the rich fuller character they add to our final HYDE Single Malt whiskey. Hyde NO.3 President's Cask - Single Grain - 6 Year Old - Bourbon Matured
The much-anticipated Hyde No.3 Áras cask is a 6 year old Irish grain whiskey. HYDE Single Grain Irish whiskey is made on a traditional ‘Coffey Still’ from pure Corn and Barley grain. It is a triple distilled, pure grain, Irish whiskey from one single distillery location. Made in small batches and not blended in any way. It is matured for over 6 years in flame charred, first fill, ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky in the USA.
Norval's 5 Year Old Single Malt
700ML // Alcohol Vol 40% Norval’s 5 Year Old Single Malt. Norval’s 5 year old highland single malt is made from malted barley, water and yeast. Tasting Note by Don Kavanagh in the hospitality magazine: “Excellent barley malt nose with a distinct Jersey caramel character, Suave and sweet, although very youthful and showing some abrasive notes. A pretty charmer, no less, young and appealing, a lively shot.”

Melbourne Moonshine
Melbourne Moonshine is a corn based spirit made to a recipe that honours the prohibition period in America. With grain sourced direct from the Victorian farmer, it’s fermented, distilled and bottled in central Melbourne. A slightly sweet liquor with a dry finish, smooth to drink straight or blend with your favourite mixers such as Traditional Lemonade and Ginger Beer. Made by two guys, one who has been making Moonshine and Whiskey since he was a boy in his home state of South Carolina and the other (An Australian) who has a healthy obsession with all things hand made. The liquor is made in alembic stills which are hand crafted from copper hammered over tree stumps. Melbourne Moonshine is made to a quality, not a quantity.
