Megan is the chef and creator behind little bird organics and the unbakery cafes, has authored a bestselling cookbook, recently released The Unbakery recipe app, and was a speaker at TEDx Auckland this year.

Her multifaceted business is a culmination of her passion for organic plant based wholefoods, of taking ownership of your health and environmental sustainability through a plant based diet, and a love of great tasting food.

Megan believes our food should not only taste amazing, it should make you feel amazing too. Raw foods naturally provide an abundance of nutrients that will make every cell in your body sparkle. A little birdie really did whisper in Megan’s ear that the best food is mostly raw, organic and full of the good stuff.

All her recipes are made without gluten, dairy or refined sugars. Come try it and taste the goodness for yourself.
