We are a small, internationally-acclaimed artisan cheese producer that makes some of New Zealand’s finest soft cheese. Our cow's milk cheeses are handmade on the day of milking from export-standard certified organic milk, and our range of goat's cheeses are handmade fresh from sustainably-farmed goat's milk. We use non-animal rennet and all our cheese is handmade and aged on site.
Our cheeses have consistently won awards since we broke on to the scene in 2013, with our Brie taking out the Soft White Rind category the last three years consecutively. We have received several other category Golds, Silvers and Bronze medals over the years. In fact, not a year has gone by where we haven’t taken away a medal with a cheese we have entered.
Our fantastic Trainee Cheesemaker Zev was featured on Seven Sharp in March. He won Best Emerging Cheesemaker at the cheese awards this year.
