We wanted to find a way to create great-tasting, healthy food using nutritious whole grains and legumes. This means no preservatives, other additives, or processing that might damage the food's nutritional value.

So we used Friction Cooking – a revolutionary new way, 15 years in the making, to turn raw ingredients into delicious crunchy air-popped bites of goodness.

It uses the most basic way to generate heat – rubbing two materials together – to cook the raw mixed ingredients in less than 10 seconds.

This also means steam or dehydration isn't used in the production process, maximising the nutrition retained in the food.

Perfect as a snack, our Corn and Rice Bites can also be used in breakfast cereals, as croutons in salads or soups, or ground down and used as crumbs.
