Emma Galloway

Emma Galloway is a former chef, food photographer and creator of the multi-award winning food blog My Darling Lemon Thyme. Her work has featured on Oprah.com, Huffington Post, Food52, and The Guardian. For many years Emma also wrote, styled and photographed a vegetarian column for Cuisine Magazine.

Emma is the best-selling author of three cookbooks, her latest My Darling Lemon Thyme, Every Day was released in April 2021. She lives in Raglan with her husband and two children.
