Sonia Petrowsky Haumonte is the talent and owner behind Parnell’s Patisserie Vaniye. Her passion for artistic and innovative creations began in France where she worked at the prestigious five-star hotel Park Hyatt Vendome, Le Laurent a Michelin Star restaurant in Paris as well as Disneyland Resort Paris in charge of strategic development and conceptualisation.
