Nadia Lim, The Good Food Cook, is passionate about delicious, fresh, healthy food. The Otago University qualified dietitian, who shot to fame after winning the second series of MasterChef New Zealand, is well known for creating simple, healthy and delicious recipes.
Her latest cookbook, Nadia's Good Food Cookbook, has recently been selected as a finalist in the prestigious International Gourmand Cookbook of the Year awards.
It's her down-to-earth approach to healthy eating, and slightly quirky personality, that has seen her gain a strong following through her work in The NZ Herald, Good Health magazine, TVNZ's Good Morning, Newstalk ZB, and her high profile company My Food Bag. She is also the proud ambassador for Regal Salmon, Intrepid Travel, and Avocados NZ.
Nadia is wrapping up filming for a TV show which has been produced for theAsian Food Channel. The show, New Zealand with Nadia Lim, will be screened prime time across 14 countries, to an audience of 130 million, increasing awareness of New Zealand food and culture.
