La Fabbrica della Pasta Senza Glutine: Certified gluten-free, artisanal pasta, from Gragnano in Napoli, Italy. It is traditionally made, using GMO-free corn and rice flours, kneaded together with pure Gragnano spring water. The pasta is then slowly extruded through bronze dies and dried in a long, slow process, at very low temperatures.
Delverde & La Fabbrica do not use genetically modified ingredients. Their traditional manufacture leaves a rough surface that holds the sauce to the pasta, thereby improving the overall taste. Pure pasta in the purest sense.
