This year at the Auckland Food Show we will be showcasing our award winning Manuka Smoke single malt, South Island Peat single malt, Two Tone blend, and much more. Using hand-beaten copper pot stills just 3 ingredients form the basis of what we distill - water, malted barley and yeast. Aged in a range of casks including ex-bourbon barrels, NZ red wine casks and some miniatures, we have flavour profiles to suit all palates.
By traditional methods for contemporary ends - it's all about a passion for the spirit, creativity and respect for the craft distilling process.
