Chef Stuart Langsford has worked both internationally and nationally including The Michelin Starred Manor House UK, Crown Casino Melbourne and at some of Christchurch’s iconic restaurants including Pegasus Bay winery and head chef at Tony Astles Cocoa Club, Indochine, Chinwag Eathai and currently one of Christchurch’s most exciting places to dine King of Snake.

Stu’s passion for food lies with blending the amazing products and flavours of Asia with the refined techniques of European cuisine. Stu loves to create dishes with full flavours that will wow your palate and senses.
