Whanganui-born Peter has a world-wide reputation. He has award-winning restaurants in London and Auckland, and is a consultant chef in Istanbul. He's authored five cookbooks and contributed to another dozen; is a regular writer for NZ House & Garden magazine, and has acted as a consultant chef to Air New Zealand for more than 12 years.
