"I'm a food man. My earliest memories are of sitting on the worktop, watching, looking and tasting everything my mother cooked. I've worked the length and breath of the UK in Michelin-starred establishments.

Juniper in Manchester is where I got hooked and where my passion for food really took hold. From there it was a leap to Vue de Monde in Melbourne, further south to Wai Waterfront Restaurant in Queenstown, then the French Café in Auckland.

All of these experiences have combined and lead me to lead the team at the Foodstore in Auckland's Viaduct Harbour."
"I believe food should be fun and exciting, a well balanced mixture of flavours and textures. We should work with nature so we can the ingredients sing in there seasons to help enhance our creations."
