There’s no better place in New Zealand to discover cutting edge culinary creations than the Hawke’s Bay. It’s here in the kitchen of Church Road’s celebrated restaurant that executive chef Malcolm Redmond crafts his magic, much to the delight of patrons.
Hawke’s Bay boasts an abundance of fresh produce that Malcolm makes use of in all his dishes, creating menus that are both delicious and seasonally appropriate.
Before joining Church Road, Malcolm spent time as the personal chef to the Governor General at Government House. He has also been head chef at Taupo’s exclusive Huka Lodge.
