Method
Heat a saucepan, add oil, garlic and spices and cook for 1
minute, stirring constantly.
Add sugar, vinegar and tomatoes and bring to the boil.
Turn down the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes or until
thick.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
