Method
Serves 4
1 cup boiling water
Pour boiling water over tea bags and leave to steep for 3 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags.
Place rice and prepared tea in a saucepan. Bring to the boil then
cover the pan and turn down the heat. Simmer rice for 20 minutes
without uncovering. Turn off the heat and leave to steam for a
further 5 minutes.
Fluff up the rice and season with salt, to taste.
