Sweet Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 70g (1/4 cup + 2 tsp) Dijon mustard
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) rice bran or corn oil
  • 85ml (1/3 cup) five flavour oil
  • 1tsp table salt
30g (3 tbsp) sugar
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) juice from ginger pickle
 

Method

Into a bowl place mustard, corn oil, Five Flavour Oil, salt, sugar and ginger pickle juice and whisk well till blended. Pour into a clean jar and seal. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Makes 370ml, shake well to serve.
