Method
If you can't find thick Greek style yoghurt, line a sieve with
muslin and drain regular yoghurt over a bowl for a few hours. This
thickens it by getting rid of the water.
Soak saffron in 1 tbsp hot milk for 30 mins.
Whisk sugar into
the thick yoghurt. Stir in the mango pulp, cardamom, saffron and
diced fruit.
Sprinkle the toasted almonds over the top.
