Stuffed Tomatoes 

CATEGORIES: Side Dishes, Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes halved and the insides scooped out with a teaspoon (or grapefruit spoon if you have one) and set aside
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbl grated cheese
  • ½ an onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • Herb
 

Method

Place herb, cheese, onion, garlic and bread into food processor bowl and pulse until roughly chopped.

Add tomato centres and pulse another couple of times then fill scooped out tomato shells with the mixture.

Bake at 180 for 20 min.
