Rippon’s Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup grated fresh horseradish
  • 1 tspn mustard
  • 2 Tbsps cider vinegar
  • pinch salt
  • 300ml bottle cream, chilled and lightly whipped
 

Method

Mix together the horseradish, mustard, vinegar and salt and refrigerate for ½ a day before serving.
