  • Alison's prunes
  • Port
 

Method

Put Alison's prunes into a clean jar, packing them in loosely. Fill the jar with port, cover and refrigerate. Enjoy the prunes for dessert, after they have marinated for about a month. Store in the refrigerator until the jar is empty.
