Lamb Biriyani One Pan 

CATEGORIES: Dinner, Lunch, Meat

Ingredients

  • 300g lamb stir-fry or lamb mince
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 250g long grain white rice
  • 750ml beef stock
  • 3-4 cups of vegetables chopped, fresh or frozen
  • ½ tsp salt
 

Method

Heat the oil in the pan and cook the meat, when sealed add onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Stir in the other prepared vegetables, spices, rice and stock, stir and cook for 20 minutes or until done.
