Method
This is a recipe the whole family will love and it freezes
well and is good hot or cold or even as a breakfast dish.
In a food processor add the oats, flour, sugar and spices. Add
cubed butter and pulse until it is chopped through the mixture,
then sprinkle in the pine nuts and stir in gently by hand to save
crushing them.Sprinkle evenly over stewed or raw fruit. Cook at 190
deg C for 45mins approx. until golden.Serve with yoghurt or
custard.
