Fresh Pear Dessert

Ingredients

Idea One

  • 3 fresh juicy pears, peeled
  • Scoops of Kohu Road Vanilla ice cream
  • 2-3 Tbsp Sovrano Limoncello

Idea Two

  • 3 fresh juicy pears
  • Thick and creamy yoghurt (Canaan Gourmet Yoghurt from Epicurean Dairy)
  • 2 Tbsp J Friend Artisan Wild Thyme honey
 

Method

Idea one

Slice the pears and pile into glass dishes. Top each dish with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle over limoncello.

Serve at once.
