Method
Very finely chop or process all ingredients except for the
yoghurt.
Adjust the consistency by adding a drizzle more oil if very
thick. Taste and add more lemon juice if needed.
Fold into the yogurt and serve with cooked salmon or barbecue
foods or as a dip or dressing.

This Salsa Verde is light and tangy and the creaminess is
provided by the natural yogurt so it's healthy too. Try salsa Verde
as a dip, an alternative to mayonnaise or hollandaise sauce or as
an accompaniment to roasted meats, roasted vegetables or barbecue
food.
