Chilli Sauce 

Ingredients

Makes ½ cup

  • 4 red chillies, seeds removed, flesh chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
 

Method

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until reduced by half.

Remove to cool.
