Candy Apple Syrup

Cooking: 15 mins

 

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
 

Method

In a small saucepan over a medium heat cook all ingredients for 15 minutes. Allow syrup to cool before storing in a sterilized bottle. Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Makes 10 drinks.
