We deliver specialist industry training in a working factory that has a reputation for quality cheesemaking and a state-of-the-art training facility in the heart of the South Waikato.
As well, our 1-day workshops are designed to teach you all you need to know to make great cheeses in your own kitchen. You’ll be surprised at how simple this can be and how delightful it is to nourish your family with cheeses you’ve made by hand.
Our 1-day workshops are held over much of New Zealand. Renowned CheeseMaster and international cheese judge Neil Willman is the Principal, a director and trainer at our school. Our curriculum includes cheese theory classes and 5-day theory and practical programmes.
