The 3rd Man is an artisan winemaking project in Waipara, New Zealand. Using only small, high quality vineyards, the wines are made in small batches using only wild yeasts. Each wine is made in limited editions, stylistically representing the European origins of our favourite wines.
This year at the Food Show, we will be presenting our new release wines, our Omihi Pinot Noir 2009, Lough Vineyard Riesling 2010, and our Darnley Corner Vineyard Sauvignon Semillon 2010.
