CHECK OUT FAIRTRADE
Buying Fairtrade helps thousands of struggling growers in the developing world work their way out of poverty. We need to tell our supermarkets we want them to stock more Fairtrade products.

A huge range of Fairtrade products are available internationally but the range is still limited here in New Zealand. And unless sales of Fairtrade bananas increase soon, they won't be available in New Zealand for much longer. We need to tell our supermarkets we want them to stock more Fairtrade labelled products. If enough of us ask, the supermarkets will have to listen.

Come visit Oxfam’s Check Out Fairtrade stall and sign a petition telling supermarkets that you want them to stock more Fairtrade-labelled products and give a better deal to farmers.

And while you’re there, join GROW, Oxfam’s newest campaign for a future where everyone on the planet has enough to eat, always.

Soon there'll be nine billion of us on the planet. But almost a billion of us go to bed hungry. Not because there isn't enough. But because of the deep injustice in the way the system works. And because too many of the ways we grow today are using up and the natural resources we all rely on.
Together we need to find better ways to grow, share and live, to help build a future where everyone on the planet always has enough to eat.

Practical positive change starts with each one of us. We need to begin a conversation in our homes, communities and workplaces. We need the insight of all generations and all cultures to solve a very big and complex problem.

Join our GROW campaign and let's share ideas and solutions for a future where everyone has enough to eat, always.
