Our main focus at the Auckland Food Show will be the Sushi King sushi maker. We produce this amazing product in New Zealand Native timbers and Other timbers. Timber is the healthy option when looking at an aid with which to make sushi. It is easy to keep clean and has natural antibacterial properties. We have designed and produced a fantastic piece of art that makes it so easy for everyone to be able to make their own sushi. You can also use the product to make pastry rolls, lolly cake filled with marsh mellows… anything where you want to give food a compressed square shape. Robyn will be demonstrating how to use the Sushi King at Auckland Food Show.
We endeavor to use every piece of native timber, hence the smaller pieces such as the Chopsticks and left and right handed Kauri Spoons. We always maintain a high level of craftsmanship and pride ourselves on producing a quality New Zealand handcrafted product.
