History:

The production of Gringo Killer chilli sauces and chilli condiments came about when I planted a Rocoto ( Capsicum pubescens) chilli bush in my herb garden. I now also grow the Habanero and Bhut jolokia

Cooking interesting and different food is another of my interests, and I could never find a chilli sauce that was not just hot, but had flavour and texture.

After adapting my own recipes and using different formulas I have a range of chilli sauces and other products that New Zealanders can use in their cooking and on their food.
