Then back in our tasting rooms our award winning Brewmaster creates unique blends with beautifully balanced flavour profiles. When you taste our coffee our passion and pursuit of perfection is evident. This year we are especially proud of one of the Gravity team, Aymon McQuade from Wellington, who was recently judged ‘Barista of the Year’ at the NZ championships.
