Culley's Chilli product range is proud to be part of the Food Show 2011.
Chris Cullen owner operator who's nick name is "Culley" has always had a passion for Chillies since a young age.
"My mother was born and raised in Fiji so growing up we always had spicy food"
Chris was a successful Chef until approx. 2001 working mainly in Auckland focussing on Corporate Catering and also 4 years in Melbourne in a French Bistro.
"I have always wanted to launch a range of Chilli products and have recently had the opportunity to start selling at the hugely successful Clevedon Markets"
Chris is looking forward to offering samples to visitors (especially the firery "Lava").
