She believes food doesn't have to be overly complicated to be good - it's about being realistic, using the freshest seasonal produce available and letting the flavours speak for themselves. Colours, textures and presentation will also help to make a perfect dish. And of course, it helps having ample time to think about your ingredients (i.e. more than two minutes in the pantry!).
